RON BOLENDER has been accurately diagnosing and prescribing solutions to building problems for almost 35 years. Well known in the community, Ron’s invaluable experience comes into play when investigating your home or office to resolve those damaging water leaks, air leaks, ice dams and other building envelope issues.

Ron is proud to be one of four Facilitators for the Home Inspection Continuing Education course at Conestoga College in Kitchener, Ontario, offering students the benefit of his many years of experience in this exciting and complex industry.

Additional career experience includes audit supervision, work for non-for-profit organizations, and providing expert testimony on behalf of parties involved in legal disputes.

The quality of service provided by Home Inspectors can vary greatly. You’ll find Ron’s methodical approach to inspection leaves no stone unturned. His focus on solutions that provide long term savings, no quick fixes, no skimping, is what sets him apart.
